I am a seasoned Strength and Physique Coach with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. Having participated in Men's Physique bodybuilding, I gained valuable insights into the commitment and nuances of how the human body responds to training and nutrition.

 

Following the birth of my children, I redirected my focus from bodybuilding to emphasize strength and functional training, leading me

to compete in Strongman at a national level.

 

I work with committed individuals who are ready to take their physique or strength to the NEXT LEVEL.
