I am a seasoned Strength and Physique Coach with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. As a personal trainer, I’ve worked with individuals of all levels, helping them achieve their goals through both personal and group training. I also hold a Level 4 qualification in Advanced Sports Nutrition, allowing me to integrate precise nutrition strategies into my coaching.

Having competed in Men’s Physique bodybuilding in my mid-30s, I gained valuable insights into the commitment and nuances of how the human body responds to training and nutrition.

​

Following the birth of my children, I shifted focus from bodybuilding to emphasize strength and functional training, which led me to compete in Strongman at a national level. This transition further refined my coaching approach, enabling me to help clients build strength, resilience, and overall athleticism.

​

After several years in Strongman, I returned to competitive bodybuilding for one final challenge — a personal mission to prove to myself and my clients that, even at 45 years old, the human body can achieve incredible results. This experience reaffirmed my belief that with the right training, nutrition, and mindset, age is no barrier to building an outstanding physique and pushing the limits of what’s possible.

Based near Lancaster, I work with committed individuals at my personal training studio and online, offering expert guidance to those ready to take their physique or strength to the NEXT LEVEL.

The word “bodybuilding” often carries a stigma. For many, it conjures up images of extreme physiques, strict diets, and lives ruled by the gym. But in reality, if you're trying to change the shape of your body—whether it's building muscle, losing fat, or just improving your overall appearance—you’re engaging in some form of bodybuilding.

​

Training like a bodybuilder is, hands down, one of the most effective ways to change the size and shape of your body. It focuses on progressive overload, muscle control, and structured workouts—all proven methods for improving physique.

​

That said, embracing bodybuilding principles doesn’t mean you have to live like a professional athlete. You don’t need to eat chicken and rice every day, follow a rigid meal plan 365 days a year, or aim for a photoshoot or step on stage to compete. What it does mean is that, if you want real, noticeable results, there will be times when training and nutrition need to become a priority, not an obsession, but a conscious commitment.

Under my coaching and with my expertise in sports nutrition, you’ll get a training plan tailored to your specific goals and a nutrition strategy designed not just for results, but for sustainability. That means including foods you enjoy and working around your home and social life. Remember, it’s a plan—you still have to execute it to see the changes. I work with committed individuals who are ready to take their physiques to the next level.

The fixed date of the photoshoot creates a deadline, which can help you stay focused and disciplined in your fitness routine. Deadlines often lead to increased commitment and intensity in your workouts.

 

Having a personal trainer can further enhance this process by providing expert guidance, tailored programming, and ongoing accountability to ensure you stay on track and make the most of your transformation.

 

This can be done through 1-to-1 personal training or group training at my studio in the village of Halton near Lancaster, where you'll get the support and structure needed to reach your goals effectively.
